Tom and Zach Parrish were told to get out of the house and go do something. So, they did. They wrote, directed, and starred in a feature-length post-apocalyptic movie called 75 Degrees West. They’re also from my hometown of Rocky Mount, North Carolina.

He was son of the island Taíno; he was a man trying to find his way in America. These divergent selves would eventually drive the themes of his creative work.
